Our Commitment
This has been Human Nature's promise since the beginning. Top-quality genuinely natural products and total customer satisfaction - or your money back.
We want the absolute best product experience for all of our customers and will happily replace any faulty or less than perfect item absolutely free of charge. Just get in touch by emailing info@humannature.com.sg within 7 days from the date you received our product with the following information:

  • Your name, mailing address, and invoice number
  • Photo of the item for exchange (including the batch code and expiry date stamped on the product label)
  • Reason for the return

If you change your mind about what you bought and would like to exchange it for a different shade or variant, please email us the information above within 7 days from the date you received the product, ship it back to us in saleable condition, and we will happily ship out a replacement. For exchanged items of a higher value, the customer will have to pay the difference in value.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.

Your privacy and security is important to us. This is why all the information you provide us is kept safe and secure on our web servers. Your identity is protected on our site by SiteLock and Positive SSL. Our website does not retain any credit card and PayPal information.

We never pass on details about our customers to third parties except when necessary as part of our providing services (for example, deliveries of orders) to you or to meet legal or regulatory requirements.

Once payment is received, the order will be processed and shipped between 1 to 3 business days within Singapore.

  • Shipping is via courier.
  • Shipping is FREE for orders of $80 and up! For orders of less than $80, the fee is a fixed rate of S$4.90.
  • An email with your tracking reference number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
  • You may place an order to be shipped to another address (if different from your billing address) or to another recipient. Please enter details during checkout.

All orders made online can be paid using any of the following payment options:

  • Bank Fund Transfer

    We will provide you with our bank account details upon checkout and in the order confirmation email. Please email us at info@humannature.com.sg after you have made payment, quoting your Human Nature Singapore invoice number and the bank transaction reference number. Payment via bank transfer must be made within 3 days from the date of order, otherwise the order will be automatically deleted from the system.


You'll know that your purchase is successful and ready for delivery when you receive an email from us with the delivery tracking number.

After your order is confirmed, you'll receive your items within 1-3 business days.
